Emma D'Arpino

Emma D’Arpino is Lavender & Lilacs designated photographer.

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Emma moved to Boston to attend her first year at Simmons College in 2013 and graduated with a BS in Nutrition & Dietetics and a minor in Photography. 

Her work as a queer fat positive dietitian and artist includes creating brave spaces, putting community over competition, and leading through authenticity. Emma enjoys capturing magic in normalizing the shape of ALL bodies including boudoir, lifestyle, and small businesses. Her mission in these spaces is to cultivate community through emotional connection to learn and grow with others.

Emma lives in Weymouth, MA with her significant other and their two French Bulldogs Stella + Luna.
